I had a mixed experience with Pond Venture Partners. While their website was easy to navigate and had plenty of information about their services, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get in touch with a representative, and when I finally did, they seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Additionally, I found their rates to be higher than what other similar companies were offering. Overall, my experience was just average.
