I had high hopes for Xerjoff's fragrances, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations. The scents were mediocre and didn't stand out from other brands. The packaging was nice, but it felt generic and lacked the luxury feel I was hoping for. The customer service was satisfactory, although I expected more personalized attention. Overall, I was not impressed with Xerjoff.
