This retirement home needs to hire new staffs. All the staffs here are disrespectful and uncaring. As a student for a month, I've witnessed a lot of things that I cannot bear to hear or see again. I can list so much things that went wrong here. From staffs arguing and gossiping with one another to treating patients and families as if they weren't the main priority. Also, students were always to blame for when something goes wrong. Patients were ignored a few times when seeking assistance to go to the washroom. Either the staff here are angry or are have a really miserable life. Either way, this is not how a working environment should be like. I really would recommend a staff inspection for this retirement home.

** I agree with the two other reviews below, 2nd floor has the most disrespectful and unprofessional staffs.
