I recently moved into a senior complex and decided to go with Carmelitos based on recommendations. The overall experience has been okay, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are stretched thin and unable to give each resident the attention they deserve. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but there could be more activities and events to keep us engaged. Overall, Carmelitos is a decent option for seniors, but there is room for improvement.
