I am a CUSTOMER and I had an average experience with Load-road. The service was satisfactory but not exceptional. The website teplotea.com was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is room for improvement.
