I have been trading commodities on icexindia.com for quite some time now. Overall, my experience has been average. The platform is decent and provides basic trading features. However, there are certain areas where it could be improved. The customer support team is not always responsive and it takes time to get a resolution. I hope icex works on enhancing their platform and customer support services.
