I have been a customer of The mainframe for several years now and I must say, their services are average. They do a decent job in terms of delivering what they promise, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but sometimes I encounter small glitches which can be a bit annoying. Overall, I would rate them as average.
