I went there for a year or so; it's "okay" for a trade school. The only thing that I would recommend is to reevaluate the quality of the training. I also wished I wasn't suffering from too many mentality problems that I developed while attending there.

The instructors there were alright, but the biggest issue that I've had was the students that attended there.

Warning: If you're not used to being around people who lived in the ghetto, you'll be in quite a pickle. For example, if you're a male and a virgin, rumors will spread around campus saying that you're gay. If you're also the kind of person who never smoked weed, you'll probably be rejected by your peers. Oh and don't be alarmed about your roommates doing drugs in the room; it's quite normal.

If a staff member snaps at you for some odd reason, keep in mind that they dealt with too many problematic adult-sized kids at the facility (Ex. Paul, fat black cow from pharmacy class).

Sincerely, LBJC Alumni
