Flight System Consulting is an average company. The service they provided was satisfactory but not exceptional. There were a few minor issues that needed to be resolved, but overall my experience was decent. Their website, flight.co.jp, was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. The staff was friendly and professional. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and response time. I would recommend Flight System Consulting to others, but with the caveat that they should set their expectations accordingly.
