I recently hired Blue Collar Catering for a corporate event and I must say they did an excellent job. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and there was plenty for everyone. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive to all our needs. The whole experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them for any event!
