I've been a customer of Pdhonline for a while now and I have mixed feelings about their services. While the course material is comprehensive and the website is easy to navigate, I find the customer support to be lacking. There have been instances where I had queries or technical issues, and the response time was disappointingly slow. I hope Pdhonline can improve in this aspect.
