I had a mixed experience with Hannoversche zimmerei. On one hand, their craftsmanship is commendable, and they completed the project on time. However, their customer service was a bit lacking. I had difficulty reaching them at times and they didn't respond promptly to my inquiries. Overall, I'm happy with the end result, but I expected better communication.
