I have been a customer of this bank for quite some time now and I must say that I am happy with the overall experience. The customer service is great and I really appreciate the convenience of their online banking platform. The rates and fees are reasonable as well. However, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication. Overall, I would rate Wiesbadener volksbank eg as average.
