I would highly recommend this gym to everyone who is visiting Gulfport! Although smaller then your average chain gym, this is a well maintained and clean gym. They have all the necessary free weights and machines to get the job done. Annette was very friendly and helpful with setting me up for my short Visit and I would highly recommend Lynn s Spin Class!! It ll defiantly kick your BUTT!! ALOHA!!
