My sister and I wanted to arrange a private tour of Kansas City for our parents, who grew up here in the 50s. It had been years since they had driven through downtown, but they were no longer comfortable doing so. We didn't want them having to climb on a group bus or trolley for a group tour, and after lots of phone calls, we found Custom Limousine. The personal attention this family-owned business gave us was amazing!. They arranged for a driver and a separate tour guide to drive our parents through the Plaza, Crown Center, Crossroads, and downtown as our gift for Christmas 2018. They were very patient with my questions and I just felt really confident that it would be a good experience. My parents very much enjoyed the tour, learned so much about the city they grew up in. We definitely will keep Custom in mind for future transportation!
