The tour itself once we got on the bus was fine but the customer service when it came to where to go to board left something to be desired. The man at the ticket counter told us to stand in front of the stock exchange building to wait for the bus there. We walk there and see the bus coming only to find out that it was for a private charter only and that we actually need to wait on the other side of the park area closer to where the liberty bell is. The employees were not helpful or friendly one bit and treated us like we were bothering them. Have better organization for your customers so you won't have to send them on a wild goose chase just to find the right bus. I do not recommend this bus tour due to the horrible customer service alone. These people have very poor organization and people skills.
