I had a mixed experience with Stilpalast. While the website was easy to navigate and the products were of good quality, the customer service was lacking. I had some issues with my order and when I reached out for assistance, it took a while to get a response. However, once I did get a response, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
