I had a mixed experience with Sight-A-Light. While the product itself was good, the customer service was lacking. They were slow to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to my problems. I expected better support considering the reputation of the company. However, the product quality and design were commendable. I hope they work on improving their customer service.
