Picosecond pulse labs is a decent company. The products they offer are of good quality and their customer service is quite satisfactory. I have been a customer for the past couple of years and I haven't faced any major issues so far. The only complaint I have is that their website could use some improvements in terms of user experience. Overall, I would rate them as average.
