I have been a customer of Shin Yi Tsai Lcsw for a while now and I have to say that their service is average. While they are professional and knowledgeable, I feel that they could improve on their communication skills. The therapy sessions have been helpful overall, but sometimes it feels like they are just going through the motions rather than truly connecting with their clients. With a little more effort and attention, Shin Yi Tsai Lcsw could become a great therapy provider.
