They were not completely honest with me. I was told that you cannot discharge student loan debt that there is "absolutely no way." Even though I am disabled and live below the poverty level, they did not mention that I could file a determination of undue hardship. Now, I am still stuck with a mountain of debt and no money for legal help to re-open my case. If you have students loans and undue hardship, go somewhere else. Apparently, looking out for the clients best interest is not high on the agenda here. On the bright side, they are courteous and friendly.
