Very disappointing customer support. Recently my Surface Pen broke and was well within warranty(~6 months old). I took it along with my receipt to Harvey Norman where I purchased it and was told they would have to 'phone Microsoft to confirm a replacement' even though the product was clearly faulty and I had a receipt for it showing that it is clearly still under warranty! They phoned Microsoft and I was then asked for the serial number of my Surface Go device, which has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with my pen, as I purchased the two separately. This has delayed things further, and apparently Microsoft has literally just not been picking up the phone today for some reason. I now have to wait for potentially up to a week more to get a new pen, which means I can't take notes on my lecture slides and will make it considerably more difficult to do an online test I have this week. Absolutely rubbish service, the item is brand new, clearly faulty and should have been replaced immediately.
