I had an average experience working with a web development agency for my business website. While they were able to deliver a functional website, I felt that they lacked creativity and attention to detail. The design was somewhat generic, and the user experience could have been better. However, their communication was good, and they did incorporate my feedback. Overall, it was an okay experience.
