I recently went on a trip organized by a travel company, and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The itinerary was well-planned, and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside was the lack of clear communication regarding the meeting points and schedules. However, overall, it was a great trip and I would recommend it to others.
