Facility does not return phone calls, after weeks ...

Facility does not return phone calls, after weeks of trying to reach them. I have given up. I was trying to request records so that I can get paid for my disability as I am unable to work. They will not answer the phone, or return calls. I am very unsatisfied and upset as this is causing an unnecessary hardship.
