I had mixed feelings about US CELLULAR AUTH AGENT-COSBY'S. The customer service was great, but the prices were higher than I expected. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the different plans and options available to me. However, I was disappointed with the pricing. Overall, it was an average experience.
