Bikram Hot Yoga Daly City is my favorite place to practice hot yoga! The teachers are exceptional, and the studio has a warm and inviting vibe. The heat helps me to deepen my stretches, and the instructors provide helpful adjustments. The classes have greatly improved my strength and flexibility. Highly recommend this studio to everyone!
