The Health Care Credit Union is an average company. The services they offer are decent, but nothing exceptional. I have been a member for a few years now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been wowed by their customer service. Overall, I would say they are a decent option if you are in need of a credit union, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
