Made a reservation, got seated in an awful location, under muffled speakers, by a table of 6 kids. Asked for one of the three open booths, was told there were too many reservations. We have a table of five, made up of three tables for two.... one of the three open booths had two people sat at it, the others remain empty. The chairs are EXCEEDINGLY uncomfortable and the appetizers seem to all be made with Gouda cheese, thus the buffalo chicken dip does not taste very good, the wings were requested crispy, they were close. The other four party members liked the food, but I did not. My food order was wrong, the fries were cold. Had one party with a severe allergy and that order was correct, which is good because that doesn t happen often. Overall a major disappointment, highly unlikely will return ever again. So sad, used to like this place.
