As a customer of Equitours Bitterroot Ranch, I must say that my experience with them was average. The staff was friendly, and the horses were well-trained. However, I felt that the overall organization of the ranch could have been better. The trail rides were enjoyable, but there were times when the pace was too slow. The accommodations were comfortable, but the meals could have been more diverse. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I expected more.
