I find the United States Senate to be an average company. Although their website, help.senate.gov, is user-friendly, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their policies and communication with the public. They have some good initiatives in place, but they could be more responsive to the needs and concerns of the people. Overall, I would rate them as average.
