I had a terrible experience with Arrow Buick GMC. The salesperson was rude and unhelpful, and I felt like I was being pressured into making a purchase. The car I bought had several issues that were not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and when I brought them up, they were dismissed and ignored. The service department was equally unhelpful, and I had to go to an independent mechanic to get the issues sorted out. I would not recommend Arrow Buick GMC to anyone.
