Sad sad place, husband went in for a hand laceration. Wound should have been flushed for cleaning, instead it was wiped with an alcohol wipe and glued shut. It immediately reopened, and on top of that he had an allergic reaction to the glue causing cellulitis to the hand. They also tried to give him antibiotics he was allergic to, so they never looked at his chart documentation or what? He also has documentation of no pain medication in his chart, what did they ask him? Do you want anything for pain. He has no sensation in his thumb or index finger now. Pure negligence on their part. Will not be back, I will drive elsewhere for care.
