Our insurance unfortunately changed us to a plan with Maxor and let me tell you, they are the WORST people to deal with ever. You can't ever get a straight answer on ANYTHING, you constantly get transferred and be prepared to spend a minimum of 20 minutes on the phone if you call. They put numbers on your prescriptions to call if you need anything and sometimes you get hung up on but most of the time they say "oh well we don't handle that, let me transfer you". I will be canceling my insurance next year because I am so SICK AND TIRED of having to deal with Maxor.
