I recently rented a property through Pivotic properties and while my overall experience has been decent, there are a few areas that could be improved. The staff is generally responsive, but there were delays in addressing some of my concerns. The property itself is average, but I was expecting slightly better condition based on the photographs. Overall, Pivotic properties is an okay property management company.
