I recently engaged with a consulting company that claims to be experts in their field. While I had high expectations, the experience turned out to be quite average. The website is user-friendly and provides relevant information, but lacks strong visuals and engaging content. The consultants seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions, but I found their communication style to be quite formal and lacking personal touch. Regarding the results, I did receive some valuable insights, but they did not meet my initial expectations. Furthermore, the pricing structure was not very transparent and I felt that the services were slightly overpriced for the value I received.
