As a customer, I recently hired an interior design service for my home and decided to go with Jane Antonacci Interior Design. The overall experience with the company was average. While they had a visually pleasing website, I found the communication to be lacking. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Once we did establish contact, the designer was polite and professional, but seemed to lack creativity and innovative ideas. I was hoping for more personalized options and unique design solutions. Additionally, the process took longer than anticipated, with delays in making decisions and receiving the final product. On a positive note, the quality of the materials used was good, and the end result was decent. However, considering the overall experience, I would say that there are better options available in the market.
