I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that specializes in providing accounting and tax services. Their website, bpmcpas.com, had all the necessary information to give me an understanding of their expertise. The team at Byrd, Proctor & Mills was knowledgeable and diligent in handling my financial matters. Their attention to detail in preparing my tax documents was commendable. However, their communication sometimes lacked promptness which caused a slight delay in the process. I appreciate their expertise and willingness to answer my queries, but I would have preferred a more efficient communication system. Although my overall experience with them was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement. If they work on their communication and response time, it would greatly enhance their service.
