I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information I needed. However, the customer service was not exceptional. The sales representatives were knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm and didn't go the extra mile to assist me. The overall buying process was average, and I was able to find a decent selection of vehicles. The prices were fair, but there was limited negotiation flexibility. The paperwork and financing process were straightforward and efficient. On the downside, the delivery of my vehicle took longer than expected, which was disappointing. While I appreciate the convenience of their website and the ease of the transaction, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and timely delivery.
