Got hold of them after 1 month for a rack installa...

Got hold of them after 1 month for a rack installation. The manager did not tell in the email the waiting room is not available and had to wait on the curbside for 1.5 hrs in -4 degrees outside with wind.Teya the lady was rude and horrible customer experience will not recommend to anyone.

I wanted to give them zero as there's no option.
