I had a mixed experience with Grupo edicisa. While their website edicisa.com.mx is easy to use and the customer support team is helpful, I found their product quality to be average. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional either. I feel there is room for improvement in that aspect. However, their prompt response to queries and their overall service is commendable.
