From 7 to 9 November we stayed at this hotel with friends. Despite written promise, we initially did not have 2 rooms next to each other on the 10th floor and there was even 1 room (1019) directly opposite the lift, while it was indicated that we did not want that.
After some insistence we got 2 rooms next to each other, only on the 9th floor (907 and 909). Too bad about this start.

In addition, it was not possible to regulate the temperature in the rooms, so it was tropical warm in both rooms.
No matter what we tried we didn't get the temperature cooler, with the result that we all slept badly, because it was way too hot in the rooms.
Reported this to the reception.

This time we also had dinner (3 course monthly menu) in ARive and this time it was much less than last time.
The pate of the starter was too cold, so that the taste was lost and we had to ask for sandwiches ourselves.
The vegetables of the main course were not fresh, but frozen and the presentation (potato croquettes in a small dish) could have been better.
The dessert was delicious, but very (too) much.
We did not indicate this because the operation was in the hands of an intern, who had only been employed for 2 days, and we did not want to do that to him.

The breakfast buffet was excellent!
