One of the few exquisite properties in NCR that are high end enough to charge for valet parking. Unfortunately, the likes of the impolite and discourteous valet attendant such as Pramod ensure that your first visit to this place is the last. Ensure you are carrying cash while leaving this place because they DO NOT have any system in place to collect payments at the entrance/exit lobby. And Mr. Tarun, who "manages" the valet insists that even if the guest's car has arrived and he is seated in his car, they must either pay cash or head inside to the reception just to pay for the valet parking. The hotel manager, Mr. Piyush never had anything more to say but that he is sorry and pramod's ill behaviour was unexpected.
