All the google reviews are pretty spot on. The gym itself is a nice facility; however, the customer service received for the price you pay and their contracting is gimmicky, especially when the policy is not clearly explained to you while signing up. I m unfortunately cancelling my membership solely because I disagree with their business practice to support policy instead of their members.
