The whole crew was exceptional. They showed up on time, were extremely pleasant and worked hard to ensure that the job was done right the first time.
Jared and Vince are terrific communicators and explained the process and what they were doing. All the installers were gracious, hard-working and really seemed to enjoy the job. All of these gentlemen were outstanding representatives of your company. My wife and I couldn t be happier.
One final note: Jared was the last one to leave, and just before I signed the paperwork he noticed a minor flaw and brought it to my attention and then fixed it. This is above and beyond because I never would have noticed. It was Friday evening and he could have left to enjoy his weekend, but Jared stayed and fixed the problem because that s who he is. He obviously takes great pride in his work and he knew that I wouldn t have known about the flaw, but HE would have known and he couldn t leave without making the job perfect.
We re VERY impressed.
Thank you and I hope the whole team is recognized. I have already told my neighbor about the excellent service level and she said, Good to know, cause we have to replace our windows soon .
This is how good businesses thrive in good times and bad.
