I recently purchased some products from their website and overall, I found the experience to be just okay. The selection of items was decent, but I felt that the prices were a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies I've purchased from. I did appreciate the fast shipping, but I wish there had been more information about the products on the website. The customer service was satisfactory, although I had to reach out a couple of times to get a response. The website layout was easy to navigate, but it lacked a certain flair or uniqueness that I look for when shopping online. Overall, I would say it's an average experience. 🙂
