I must say, the Ontario Confederation of University Faculty Associations (OCUFA) is truly dedicated to advocating for the rights of university faculty and academic librarians. Their efforts in improving working conditions are highly appreciated. I am glad to see an organization that genuinely cares about the well-being of educators.
