I recently hired a roofing and restoration company to work on my home, and I have to say that I had a fairly average experience. The workers were friendly and the job was completed on time, which I appreciated. However, the communication throughout the process was not as clear as I had hoped for. There were some misunderstandings regarding the scope of the work and the final cost, which caused a bit of frustration. Additionally, I noticed a few minor issues with the final result that I had to address myself. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and attention to detail.
