I had a mixed experience with Commonwealth - altadis, inc. The products I ordered from commonwealthaltadis.com arrived promptly and were of good quality. However, their customer service was disappointing. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my query and when I did, it was not helpful. I hope they improve this aspect of their business.
