The team at Heyward were helpful, quick, and friendly. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry through the internet and sent a personal email asking me what my interest was and then followed up very quickly with a referral to one of their sales guys, Michael Nelms.

Michael sent me a personal video introducing himself as well as the trucks they had in stock and offered to look into other options if those didn t fit my needs. Made an appointment with him one weekend and within a week found the truck that fit what I wanted which worked fantastic since I needed a truck ASAP.

I thoroughly appreciated their ability to locate a truck that I wanted and within the time frame that I needed. They were transparent with the details of the vehicle and were responsive to any questions I had.

I absolutely loveeee the truck that Michael found for me and I will be sure to go back again for any future truck I want as well as refer any friends I have to them.
